Aeris Management came about amidst a whirlwind of less than positive press releases within the world of modeling with a philosophy of holding integrity as its cornerstone and acting as an advocate for the newly established model. We are not the typical agency that simply finds jobs – that is not our function. Our ideal candidate already has an affiliation with a top ten agency and has most likely demonstrated a solid track record of success. We act as that model’s manager recognizing that this industry is swarmed by those less than ethical. Every model that has come through the door has been through word of mouth, that word being that we have done right by a great many people. Our reputation has become such that we have been approached by many designers for counsel – from those entering fashion week for the first time needing advice to organizations as large as Victoria’s Secret where our mandate was to narrow candidates for their latest catalogues. If the model does not have an agency affiliation and we believe that the individual has potential for success, we invest in that person and aim to provide them with a solid platform. Wherever we can assist to successfully manage and create the best model, we will… Second best never becomes an option which is why we typically limit our dealings to top ten agencies. Once establishing the platform, we guide each model towards the agency best suited for them and then act as their advocate and assist in navigating the paths their career presents. This organization has filled itself with members who are exceptional, both in talent and in person. By creating an atmosphere that embraces the fact that we are all a family, we never forget that premise. Also... the family atmosphere reminds us that what we do can be a great deal of fun.
